Number Transfer

Hi!I have transferred my phone data over to new iPhone and inserted the SIM card but it hasn't transferred my BT number.Can you advise or post link to step by step? Thanks

Resolved! New SIM required as old doesn't fit handset

Hi,I have tried to upgrade to a new SIM and payment per month BUT I can't access the security code sent to my old phone as it is totally dead.  Need a new SIM as olf one from iphone 4 doesn't fit my phone now.Many thanks for any help,Ange

Resolved! My Number has still not been ported over from O2

Good morning. Joss here, new to EE.Yesterday I put my pay monthly sim in to my phone 16/03/2023.  according 150 NUMBER I am still on a temporary Number. How long does it take to port my number over? I can not receive calls nor text. Thank you.

i have recently transferred from vodafone to ee and when i bring up the app on my phone it does not show the three contracts i have taken out only showing the mobile wifi i have does anyone know how to get the app showing my contracts many thanks

A quick follow-up question: I followed the prompt in the EE app and downloaded and installed my E-Sim. If, in the future, I upgrade my iPhone 14 to a newer model and set up the new phone from a back-up, will the E-Sim transfer to the new phone?Thanks...
