Can't receive calls

Hello,


I transferee my line from 3 to EE last Sunday. It's Wednesday today and I  am still bot able t receive calls. Also when I try to add my number to my EE application I don't seem to receive the message with the verification code. I tried several times but it's not working.

I've trying yo call EE on 150 but every time they divert me to automatic option, hang up the line, and send me al link that don't solve my problem. Please help!

Thank you, I've contacted the technical support and they were able to figure out that my iPhone recorded the number that was assigned to me temporarily before my number was transferred. 

I was able to receive calls again when I changed to my current number. Thank you for your help.

Is the other network SIM still working? 

Can you text NUMBER to 150 from the EE phone, does the reply show the correct ported number?

I received an email from three saying my 3 account has been closed and I texted number to 150 and got my same number in the reply from EE.

I also got a confirmation email and text from EE that the transformation is completed. The only thing is that 3 has not deduct the final payment yet and my contract with them including was due to end on the 17th of August.

That sounds like everything has transferred for you @danasharkas 

Do you have any signal showing? 

Can you try restarting the phone.

yes, I can make calls and use the internet. But can receive calls or the verification text to b able to add the sim to my EE.

In this case, please call us on 150 and select option 2, option 1 and then the option for technical support and the team will be happy to help 🙂

Another check is whether you can send & receive other text messages. Or if it's just the verification message that is an issue.
