New EE user got the sim set up, wanted to move my original number over. I have the EE sim in i can use data and text message but not make calls or receive them. Both the temporary EE number and my number when you ring them just cut you off. I cant even call EE for help and messaging is down. Is this normal? Have i gotta wait til a blue moon for calls to work? Any help appreciated.

It was some time early this morning I don't know exact time I just saw at maybe 730am my first sim stopped working, then I put in EE sim.
I have an Android Galaxy s9

The full transfer can take up to midnight to be fully completed and full service restored.
