You've put your message in the subject line but not explained your problem in the actual post itself.
Are you in the UK or abroad? Does your phone show coverage indicators? Have you been able to make calls in the past? When were you last able to make calls? Can you send & receive texts?
If you're in the UK, have you tried restarting your phone? If you're abroad, have you also tried manually selecting an alternative local network?
