Data, phone or messages not working

Hi,

switched to EE from 02 about 9 days ago and i porter my number but data doesn’t work, i don’t get any signal, calls only work on wi-fi calling and i don’t get any texts.

Hi @bb895_ 

Have you tried restarting your phone since putting in the EE SIM? If not, do that first.

Do you see any connection bars and network status (4G, 5G etc)?

Tried that multiple times, and i only get EDGE and 3G and neither even work anyway. Thanks though
