New Sim not arrived still waiting since 4/3/23

@Waiting for a new sim after upgrade but still not arrived in post .

Transfer from BT - Number not ported

We have been transferred to EE from BT. The new sim arrived on Saturday yet the BT phone number has not been ported over yet and it is now Monday and we need the old BT number. When will the number be ported over?

Phone has been cancelled. I need to request a PAC to keep the same number if possible with a different network.
