Transfer Number Form online does not seem to be working , anyone have any ideas

Any ideas, going round in circles here , have tried differant browsers, still will not open ?

Old number not transferred, PAC code was provided, now paying twice

I moved to EE from BT late February and provided a PAC code. I only just realised I am still being charged by BT because EE did not transfer the old number.Keeping the old number is not a game changer as I rarely use my mobile and its for emergencies...

Transferring from vodafone
