I have a EE contract in my name which has been used by my daughter for years - she is now married and wants to move to her own contract in her married name with a different provider but keep the number.Is this a issue

Unable to add PAC to transfer my number

I’ve just had my sim and when going on the app to enter my PAC code and old phone number from BT Mobile it’s saying my PAC code is incorrect format. I’m using the code given to me my BT mobile.
