Plusnet PAC Code

I have transferred from Plusnet to EE and was advised my number would transfer over, how long does this take? Still on the new SIM number and my old number still has transfer over?

New sim

Just got a new sim as I’m switching from o2 and the sim isn’t provisioned any help please as should have been a case of putting into phone and it being sorted  any ideas how to resolve
