MyEE new subscription, sim only, 1st bill

I just subscribed taking the 20GB offer for £9/mo from BT site.

It says 10GB data SIM, + free 10GB additional data.

But when my sim arrived, my SIM plan details never showed the free 10GB additional data even though they charged me upon ordering the SIM with £50.

It says that I only get 10GB data plan/mo every time I refresh my page on the plan inclusion section.

Is it normal it won't show up just yet on the 1st billing?

If you text AL to 150 what reports back?

Within your My EE account are you able to see 10GB add-on under the add-ons section?

I was calling 150 to verify but they always make me wait for more than 5 minutes on hold until a live agent becomes available

@ER-55   Have you checked your add ons as the extra 10Gb is an add on.    When calling customer services you can not expect an agent to be free other customers are calling also. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No, it is part of the plan offer as an existing BT customer.

You pay for the Sim10GB

They double the data, additional 10GB free for £9/mo.

A reply says, I have used up 0bytes of free data, and will refresh by 16th of September.

I just hope 10GB of free data would appear by the time I check on one after that date.

All good now, thanks for all your responses.

I was able to talk with a staff and he said that my 10GB free additional data would kick in as soon as I've used up my monthly 10GB in case.

That is even before the replenish period.
