Hi all,I have a question. I currently have a pay as you go sim but am looking at getting a sim only contract from Ee. I’m already with EE so I’m just wondering what I need to do in order to keep the same phone number but with the upgraded sim?

I've taken my sim out and inserted it in a new phone, still doesn't work.Called ee and automated response said my number does not exist but calls can only be made through WhatsApp.Need to fix this in order to revieve texts!Please help @XRaySpeX
