Apple repaired my phone, which involved replacing the main board. Now I'm unable to activate my eSIM because I need to receive a text message on the same number.
The only way to contact EE help is via phone (which I don't have because of the issue). Furthermore there isn't a "Live Chat" function on the website and I don't have access to another phone.
Can someone please help?

I believe you need to obtain another sim before you can activate an esim again.

you will either need a physical SIM card and then covert to an ESIM or a QR code sent out or go to the store to scan That should work
