@nurkan , you should be able to check in settings about and it should let you know whether the phone is networked locked.
T Older phones were networked locked, but newer ones are not, this has been the case for the last two or three years where they are not locked to a network.
EE can also check this for you if you give them a ring.
If you got the phone elsewhere, that is not from EE, then it definitely is not locked to EE.
