So, have you tried putting another Network Sim in the Phone yet?

That's the only you can find out if it is unlocked by putting in another network's SIM in & see if it works.

i told you that i can't because the phone is from UK and I'm from BG.

You can be any where in the World, doesnt stop you from putting another Network Sim in the Phone to see if its Network Locked or not.
