As the subject states, i have requested to have a physical sim card sent out to replace the e-sim. My e-sim is no longer active and i dont yet have my sim card.
I am now without the use of my mobile services until my sim card gets here.
Why has this happened

Thanks for coming to the community.
SIM cards can take 2-5 working days to arrive.
If the eSIM has stopped working, you can visit any EE Store with photo ID to get an EE SIM card for your account.

Hi leanne
I have been into my nearest EE store and they have no sim cards in stock. They expect a delivery tomorrow. Im now another day without calls, texts and data.
I wasnt made aware that my services would be cut off before the new sim arrived.
