E-sim disconnected but havent received my physical sim card

As the subject states, i have requested to have a physical sim card sent out to replace the e-sim. My e-sim is no longer active and i dont yet have my sim card. 

 I am now without the use of my mobile services until my sim card gets here. 

Why has this happened

Thanks for coming to the community. 

SIM cards can take 2-5 working days to arrive. 

If the eSIM has stopped working, you can visit any EE Store with photo ID to get an EE SIM card for your account. 

Or, please see ways to contact us on the get in touch page here, if you have been waiting longer than the 5 days.

Hi leanne

I have been into my nearest EE store and they have no sim cards in stock. They expect a delivery tomorrow. Im now another day without calls, texts and data. 

I wasnt made aware that my services would be cut off before the new sim arrived.
