Hi,My sim card has suddenly stopped working this morning. I have a message on my phone ' No SIM available'I tried another phone and still the same issue.I urgently need this to be fixed so my 2 children can contact me when at work or travelling.May

Hello. Does anyone know if a new SIM is automatically sent out when you upgrade to a new SIM only plan on EE? I think during previous SIM only upgrades I have just continued to use my old SIM. However, on this occasion I have also bought a new handse...

Pac code

I have just changed from 3 network, provided my pac to ee and given import date as 1/10/25 ( today). Is there specific times this will happen? and also so i am still reachable on my old number i have my 3 sim card in the phone along with the ee esim....
