Hi @gdalt,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

If you have a multi SIM, you can press a nano SIM out of the centre of your micro SIM.

If you have an older SIM type, you can order a replacement online or pick one up in your local EE Store.

Hope this helps.

James

Hello @Twinz02mobile ,

Welcome to the community,

Why have you got a new SIM card? You should have just requested a replacement SIM card, or are you on one of the legacy ones, where you have been asked to change?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

EE won't port nos between its contracts. So you need to 1st port your existing no to another network's PAYG using a PAC from EE & then in reverse port it back to your new contract. This will also have the effect of cancelling your old contract.

You could alternatively move your old contract to PAYG with 30 days notice & then ask EE to transfer the no to your new contract.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Hello, my old sim card out of nowhere started saying 'emergency calls only' and I tried everything to fix it but couldn't. It just won't recognise that I'm on EE network/old sim card anymore.  I have no idea why this happened so I just put another (pay as you go) EE sim into the phone (the old one was pay as you go also) and it recognizes the new EE sim. It wasn't a contract phone.  I really don't want to have to use the new phone number that comes with the new EE sim as I'd rather keep my old EE number but have no idea how to transfer the number when I'm already on EE network, all the information that I can see is about changing to different networks.  Would requesting a new sim sort this for me, and if so how do I go about doing this, as I'm not very tech savy with this sort of thing and don't even know where to start. Thanks.
