Dear EE Support,
I recently ordered a SIM Only plan from EE and provided a PAC code to transfer my existing number. The order was confirmed on 8 May 2025, but I have not yet received a physical SIM card.
Since I am using a phone that supports eSIM, I would prefer to activate the plan using eSIM instead of waiting for delivery. Could you please help me activate the eSIM or provide a QR code?

@Ozi1 SIM cards are sent out 2nd class Royal Mail and this isn’t customer support it’s a public forum so no one here can help you setup the eSIM. You need to speak with customer support to see if they can help.
