Hi, I got a new sim by accident and its connected to a card. could i please have that information transferred to my old number as I would love to retain that. I would really appreciate a swift response.
It's my first time using the network and i couldn't navigate the app. I thought what i paid for was for just data, what i didn't know was it was a sim that's probably on a PAYG subscription. The old sim is paid monthly but i also have to do that manually. I'm honestly just confused.
