You are unable to transfer a contract EE number to another contract with us.

My old ee number is not a monthly plane. New number is Monthly plane sim. So change the old number to new sim to monthly plane

In this case, if the old number is pay as you go, please call us on 150 and the team will transfer this to the new contract for you 🙂

As @XRaySpeX mentioned, it's not possible to port/transfer your EE number from one EE sim to another new EE SIM line.

However, if your existing SIM is faulty, lost/stolen or damaged you can call Customer Service or pop into any EE store (with photo ID) where a guide will issue you a replacement SIM card which has the same number as well as keeping your exiting plan & credit already on it.
