Hi, I recently ported a number to EE from another provider. The port appears t be successful, but callers ot the number often (but not always) receive an error messgae - "Number does not exist". Can anyone tell me why and how to fix?

When did the number transfer complete? Can the callers send you text messages?
What device are you using?

Hi Leanne,
It's my mother-in-law's phone and I'm note sure of the make/model. I'm not sure on the text message point
We ported the number last week. I think it completed on 7th February.

Both my wife and i have had the same message. We are both calling from iphones.

Could you go into your iPhone Settings then Apps > Phone, does the number show correct under 'My Number'?
If so, could you try resetting your network settings by going into Settings then General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset Network Settings, this will restart your phone and remove all saved WiFi passwords.
Once this has been done, could you see if this happens again?
