EE sim card activation

I have just set up my sons new iphone, upgraded from iphone 11 to iphone 13.  I have inserted sim card from old iphone 11 into the new iphone 13 but I don't think it is being recognised!  Any ideas?

Pay as u go sim

hi I lost my phone and have orderd a new sim online several times sim dosnt arrive, I really need that number and sim to access my iCloud, am registered with ee 

EE SIM only

I took out the EE SIM ONLY contract.It arrived and I can't activate it.I have no network/signal available on my new ee sim

SIM activated but still awaiting delivery

The sim on my EE app has activated but my SIM card hasn’t been delivered , I ordered the ward Wednesday and it said it would come in 3-5 working days . Is my SIM card being delivered today as I’m not able to log into any tracking apps
