Swap Plans on Existing Mobile Numbers

Greetings all! 👋

I made a mistake when porting over 4 sim cards from Three and my partner's mobile number (Phone A) has ended up with a lower GB data plan (Plan 1) , and my work phone (Phone B) has ended up with the higher data plan (Plan 2)!

Is there a way that I can successfuly swap the plans over to the other mobile numbers? So it should look like:

Phone A - Plan 2

Phone B - Plan 1

No. Once you move 1 no. you cancel that contract plan.
