Cancel a SIM

I visited my local EE store to get help cancelling my spare SIM contract and was advised to call EE  on 150. That is proving not to be possible. Voice says lookout for text and then the line is cut. Tried other options on the menu to speak to anyone and again line is cut.
Any advice on how to speak to a person who can help or where to go online to cancel one of my 2 SIM contracts would be welcome.

If you're having trouble canceling your spare SIM contract with EE, try logging into your EE account on their website or through the EE app, where you can manage your services. Alternatively, use their online chat service to speak with an agent for assistance. If calling isn’t working, you can reach out to EE via their official social media accounts on Twitter or Facebook for quicker support. If none of these options work, consider visiting another EE store or trying to call at a different time, hopefully your the issue will be solved.
However if you need anykind of help from me, I am here to assist you, feel free to ask me.
Thank you,
Mike Taku.
