Transferring contacts

If a replacement sim, in a different size  (for an existing number) is ordered online, will my contacts be preloaded on the new one?  Or will I have to go into my ee store for them to swap Sims and transfer contacts?

Hey - I have cancelled my old ee contract, got a PAC. & signed back up with ee on a sim only but they’re saying they can’t take the PAC because it’s the same network. if I move the number to another network (payg) & then get another PAC can I move it...

Resolved! new sim card

If I buy a new phone that takes same pay monthly sim as my old one, can I just put old sim in new phone and carry on?
