I’m trying to upgrade my existing plan, I can find the plan I want, but there’s no option to select an eSIM - only available if I want to add a new line. As I already use eSIM in my existing plan and EE must know this, why don’t I have this option available when I go to upgrade, this happens whether online or using the App

@Leggkpa You don’t need to select eSIM. Just upgrade and if a sim arrives you don’t need to use it. Your already using the eSIM so its only an account change if your on a sim only to a sim only. Even if it’s a phone contract you can simply just switch to eSIM when you get the device.
