eSIM v SIM card - What are the advantages?

HiWhat are the advantages of switching to an eSIM from a traditional SIM card? My iPhone can take both types of SIM but there does not seem to be a compelling reason to switch to the eSIM. Have I missed something?

Replacement sim

Hi, I ordered a replacement sim on August 26th. Then I ordered another sim, then after that i ordered another sim. Still have not received replacement sim and i Need it ASAP.
