Sim isn’t working on new phone

Hello everyone, 

please I need help, I inserted my ee sim into my new phone and the network won’t show! I can’t even call them because I don’t have a sim. Please help.

A replaement SIM is often supplied with upgrade phones incase, for whatever reason, there's a problem with your current SIM or it doesn't fit a new phone.

Does your SIM still work in your old phone?
