Transferring number from o2 to EE

Hello

supplied EE with PAC. Had a text today from EE saying transfer is complete. I’ve turned off and on but the number hasn’t ported. It was an o2 eSIM and I have the EE sim in the phone. Currently running as dual set up but EE settings still saying the temporary EE number. And still getting signal on the o2 eSIM showing the number I want to keep

When did you supply the PAC? And by extension, which day was your port-in due?

Port-ins can take until midnight on the day in question.

PAC supplied yesterday.  I've had a text from EE saying transfer is complete? but it doesn't seem to be.  I follow the instruction and turned the phone off and on (twice now). Still nothing has changed

The transfer can take up until midnight to fully complete, if you would like to get this looked into please call us on 150 and the team can check the number transfer for you 🙂
