Cancel PayM & tranfer number

Sim car

My SIM card started saying no sim on my phone I ordered a new sim because I thought it was because my old one was damaged or something but the new sim still isn’t working, I’ve tried other peoples sim in my phone and they work has anyone got any idea...

Never received additional Sims

I had a plan with BT for three Sims. I chose to move to EE I have only received one Sim so far and that was a month ago. I do not understand why I have not yet received the other two Sim cards.
