I've changed my family plan (4 people) from BT. I did received just one PAC Code from BT, which worked for me and my wife, to keep the number we had from BT. We just sended Port via SMS, with the PAC and got it sorted the following day. When my daughters came from Uni, I told them to do exactly the same, sending the same PAC Code. But that hasn't worked at all.

Unsure what your question is, but PACs are normally actioned the working day after submitting them, providing that's before approx 5pm.

EE CS have access to individual accounts and can advise on the status of a port. It can take upto late evening on the day of port-in, but is usually done a lot sooner and confirmed by SMS once completed.
