You can order a replacement sim using any of the following methods:

• Order a replacement online
• Call 150 for free from your EE mobile, or 07953 966 150 from any phone.
• Visit your local EE store for an instant replacement.

Do you need a replacement SIM as your old one is Lost or Stolen?

If yes, please report this to our customer care team on 07953 966 250 or by visiting your local EE Store with photo ID.

The team will then be able to provide you with a replacement SIM.
