Sim Card

Just purchased a new iphone from Apple and went to put my sim card from my old phone into my new one but now it’s showing no service, i have tried resetting my phone, aeroplane mode etc but nothing is working?

ESIM not receiving activation code

Hello there I am not receiving activation code.  Iphone14 proDo I need a phisycal SIM? If yes why do not warn the EE site before procedure? I Have no time to go to shop. Why I can  not ask the code another phone number?
