Transferring number from o2 to EE

Porting number

I am not getting progress on my porting because I used autofil, and it used my landline number ...So obviously no text updates because I messed up .I am very hard of hearing so can't call and ask them .And there is no life messaging...HELP

I’m having the same issues. I have the sim but the chip came unstuck. Is there a way to get a new sim with that number.
