Getting an eSim My EE

I have just moved here from the United States and have called about getting set up with EE Broadband and have also gotten the 30 day unlimited. plan but cannot obtain the QR code to activate my eSIM. I received an email that says I need to set it up through My EE but the links are not working in the email. How can I get the QR code?
