Recently migrated from BT FTTC to EE FTTC Service. I’ve had the emails that the migration is complete, using my existing BT hub, and the service is live. When will my new EE hub arrive?

I have also tried and oddly yes when I am put on waiting of after about 45 mins cut off tried five times so far and still unable to cancel. Can note even do this online which I find highly suspicious.
