Suddenly my ESIM on EE stopped working. No data, no calls, no texts. I have to rely on wifi only.
And I never ordered a SIM, but suddenly I got this text from EE: "Hi from EE. Your new SIM card has now been dispatched.
"Hi from EE. Your new SIM card has now been dispatched. When you receive it, please visit ee.co.uk/newsim to register it."
But I never ordered it, and there was nothing in my email.
Also, I paid for a month's contract and I want to change my ESIM plan, but it says that the upgrade will be available from April 2024.
If the network is not fixed today, things will be very bad tomorrow.

I went to my local EE store and got a replacement SIM, and now the network is working again.

You should contact EE CS from any working phone, this issue is account-specific and only they have access.
0800 0798586 can be dialled from any phone.
