How can I activate my e-sim without the old sim but it is Lost

I am currently working in Saudi Arabia and I have lost my UK sim - I have ordered an e-sim but cannot activate this without the old sim - Please help

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Sorry, it isn't possible to activate a SIM on a roaming network, you need to be connected to the EE network in the UK.
