Resolved! Sim delivery

Ordered a sim from EE on the 19th December.Currently 28th and not arrived yet - the bill has arrived before the Sim.Has been Xmas in-between, but how long should it take for the sim to be delivered?

I'm having the same problem . I was told I would get my old number back today .40 minutes to go .I'm not very optimistic. Had new sim in for 7 day's . Phoned about it but told to wait until midnight . I'm not very happy .
