I've put a sim card in an old phone,it's saying on phoneNot registered on this network It's a PAYG sim,how do I know its working before I top it up

I pop the new sim in my phone buy it not working asking me to activate but don't know how to do that 

Please make sure you enter the right phone number. It must be a UK phone number

I can see that this issue has been reported a few times before. The only solution given was to call on 150. As you know calling a customer care number is not straightforward and a waste of time. If the online form is not capable of handling this then...

Need to keep my old number but it won’t work

I have put in my new sim I’ve done everything that I needed to be able to stilluse my old number but it won’t work

Hi, I have the same issue, I need to replace a micro sim for a nano. Clicking on the 'Order a replacement Sim' above simply takes me to a link device page for a passcode which I've done, twice... but then does not take me to the relevent page! A work...
