Transferring number from o2 to EE

Hellosupplied EE with PAC. Had a text today from EE saying transfer is complete. I’ve turned off and on but the number hasn’t ported. It was an o2 eSIM and I have the EE sim in the phone. Currently running as dual set up but EE settings still saying ...

Porting number

I am not getting progress on my porting because I used autofil, and it used my landline number ...So obviously no text updates because I messed up .I am very hard of hearing so can't call and ask them .And there is no life messaging...HELP
