I have put my new EE SIM Card previously withPlusnet in my mobile and text the PAC Code but my number has not changed over to my previous number. I did this about 10 minutes ago. Turned my mobile on and off but my previous number is not showing but only the new one that I have been provided,,,,Why is this?

If your PAC has previously been provided as part of the ordering process, and you've connected it to EE's network after 5.30pm today, it will be submitted for porting tomorrow - 19/01.
Your port-in should then be actioned during Monday 22/01.

When you transfer your mobile phone number to EE using a PAC code, the process can take some time to complete. If you submit your request before 5:30 pm on a working day, EE aims to transfer your number by the following working day. However, if you submit the request after 5:30 pm, on a weekend, or on a bank holiday, it will take two working days for your number to transfer.
It's important to note that this process doesn't happen immediately. If you've only recently submitted your PAC code, it's likely that the transfer is still in progress. EE will send you a text message once the transfer has started and another when it's complete.
For more detailed information and assistance, you can refer to EE's official guidance on their website:

What I have done now is put the new mobile number which came with the Sim Card and sent for verification code which I have put in. I now think it might be stuck with the new Sim Card number which is not what I want. I wanted to transfer my old number. I thought maybe I needed to put the new one in to activate it. Should I put my old Sim Card from Plusnet back in it and then change it back to the EE Simcard and will this reactivate it with my previous old number which is what I want.....I,m at al oss,,,,,its all a bit confusing considering I put the PAC code in the confirmation box first as sent by text and turned mobilemon and off,but to no avail....What should I do. Call 150 tomorrow and ak them to revert back to my previous number?

Does it matter that I used the new mobile number to register into my account and when asked for confirmation code that was sent. I think my billing details are in the new number. Will this change by tomorrow or shouldnI phone 150 tomorrow for them to sort it out?

Your old PN SIM is just that - old. To alter my previous post in light of now knowing when your EE SIM was inserted...
If your PAC has previously been provided as part of the ordering process, and you've connected it to EE's network before approx 5pm today, it should have been submitted for porting today. Your port-in should then be actioned during Friday 19/01.
CS have access to your individual account and could confirm.
