My number still not been released to smarty but cancelled by ee do can’t receive any txts or calls or send any? They gave me pac code and has been shared with new provider
I have put my new sim card in new device, and new number but have unsuccessful in retrieveing pin number to activate! Why is this can anyone help

Hi, I switched to EE few days ago. I have not received my package which should contain eSIM details/guide. I wake up this morning to no signal. I cannot even call EE, can’t track my order. This is a nightmare.
I have recently changed from o2 to ee.Cant recieve or send texts or calls .Have tried everything advised , taking sim out , putting back in . Turning phone on and off and nothing is working .Any ideas???
