Hi all,
I got the new Pixel 9 Pro delivered today. Upgraded just the phone and asked to use my old sim card. When inserted, my phone number seems to be changed. How do I fix it please?

It's not possible unless you have inserted a different SIM or you asked for a new number. It won't just randomly change.
If you call your number from another device does it connect. If not then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Test by making & receiving some calls.
Is your correct number operative as you would expect?
