Hi
my sim has been blocked and I need a PUK code, the info does not match up with what’s on my ee account and of course I can’t call ee, my partner has tried ringing off his phone but still no help, any idea how to get a code

I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team. They'll be able to give you the PUK code and make sure your account is set up correctly so that you can manage it going forward.

@Lynne66metcalf : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Unlock your SIM / eSIM.

Could you try following this link directly to the plans and subscriptions page please, @Lynne66metcalf? Log in, scroll down to the Phones and devices section and it should be there.
