Pixel 9 Pro with old sim

Hi all,
I got the new Pixel 9 Pro delivered today. Upgraded just the phone and asked to use my old sim card. When inserted, my phone number seems to be changed. How do I fix it please?

It's not possible unless you have inserted a different SIM or you asked for a new number. It won't just randomly change.
If you call your number from another device does it connect. If not then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Test by making & receiving some calls.
Is your correct number operative as you would expect?

- [Roaming] Data works but not calls, "Server not available" message in Roaming
- Manual network selection - dual EE signal listed in Mobile Network discussions
- E SIM no service since update in SIM cards & Porting
- Poor signal Wellingborough NN8 in Mobile Network discussions
- Moving from 02 to EE and Porting Number in SIM cards & Porting
