Problem when porting.

I have a Lebara sim and planning to use this number to my newly arrived EE Sim. But when I try to port it shows this. I used the correct pac code. Hope you can help me.

We wnt to make moving your number to EE as straightforward as possible, so I can understand how frustrating this must be for you.

When did you request your PAC?

I requested it at 5th of September. So it's valid until 4th of October. But when I port via the website it says "Please make sure you enter the right code. Your PAC will look like ABC123456. Your STAC will look like 123456ABC." 

I used the correct pac code. I don't know why it says that.

This does seem odd @nixus93, as we would expect this to work without any issue. 

 

I'd recommend giving our team a call, and they can see if they can get this sorted for you.

I tried earlier via SMS and it worked. It says "Thanks, the port in is all set up and will take place by 6pm on 12-09-2024"

I'll just wait until tomorrow if it really worked. If not then I'll call your customer support. Thank you.
