I have been charged double on two phones for a daily charge in France.I have spoken to 3 seperate ee helpers who agree I have been double charged and you have taken over £32 too much.I have been promised a call back from a manager who never rang.I have so far wasted a whole morning travelling to an EE shop and 40 mins on the phone.I am now wondering how many customers and how much money is involved.All I keep hearing is it’s a known problem.How many people don’t realise they have been overcharged.

Exactly the same has happened to me.They say it is a known problem .3 seperate helpers have agreed I have been overcharged but nobody does anything .Promised a call from a manager who never rang.

The same thing happened to me.Holding on to my money even though four helpers admitted it was their mistake.
