I tried to order a replacement sim on MY EE and that's why I'm here, my phone (Galaxy S20fe) keeps saying "there is no sim present, replace sim" this started a week ago...how do I get anew sim without ending up back here?

Thanks for posting on the community. I am sorry you are unable to order a replacement SIM.
If the SIM is not recognised in the device you may not be able to receive the one time pin needed to order a new SIM in your EE account.
Are you able to try the SIM in another phone to make sure a new SIM will resolve this for you?
If the message follows the SIM, you can order a replacement by giving us a call from any other phone. Or popping into an EE Store with photo ID.

Welcome to the community.
You can pop into an EE Store with photo ID to get a replacement EE SIM card.
Or if you give our team a call, they will be able to get a SIM card sent to you.

Thanks for coming to the community.
There are a couple of options to get a replacement SIM for your lost one.
The first one is to give our customer service guides a call from another phone, and they can block the SIM and arrange for another one to be sent out to you.
Alternatively, if you are the account holder, you can visit an EE store with photo ID (either a driving licence or passport) and they can activate a new SIM with your number.
