PAC code not working

I’ve received my new EE phone today and tried to start the process to port my existing number from Vodafone.

The pac code given to me 5 days ago isn’t being recognised by the EE transfer my number form.

I’m attempting this at 18:30 on a Thursday evening if that’s of any relevance ?

Yes I have just had exactly the same problem. I'll wait until tomorrow and try again - fingers crossed.

I’m having same issue with my PAC code which is only issued 6 days ago from 02. 
I will try again tomorrow failing that not sure what to do next? 
Looking at the issues here hopefully it seems to get resolved quickly.

UPDATE - my old number had transferred across overnight, hurray! I gave my PAC code during the transfer process from Plusnet so it was a bit confusing when the follow up instructions from EE suggested I may need to input my PAC number again when I didn't. All worked out great in the end though.

You would only need to provide the PAC once for the number transfer to be set up.

I'm having exactly the same issue. I enter the code into the form and it tells me it's wrong.  It's not, I've checked it multiple times.

Can someone please help.. I am having the same issue. I have a PAC code from EE and when submitting it on the EE form it states it's incorrect. This is the second one I've tried now! 🤦🏼‍♀️
