I’ve received my new EE phone today and tried to start the process to port my existing number from Vodafone.
The pac code given to me 5 days ago isn’t being recognised by the EE transfer my number form.
I’m attempting this at 18:30 on a Thursday evening if that’s of any relevance ?

Without doing anything else after this process failing yesterday. I’ve began trying again this morning & my number has already ported over successfully sometime between last night & this morning ?!

Have you double checked the PAC is correct with your old provider?

Yes I’ve checked countless times, I’m entering the pac code that was sent to me in the text from my provider.

If the PAC isn't recognised, I'd recommend contacting them to check they've sent you a valid code.

I'm having the same problem now. I am 100% certain that I have entered the correct PAC code but it always ends up with "Please make sure you enter the right code. Your PAC will look like ABC123456. Your STAC will look like 123456ABC.". Is this the same that happened with you? I am hoping for the same outcome too. Thanks

Thanks. I got through to the website in the end. I clicked on one of the links I found in the community chats : Enter EE Number and just followed the steps. It might just be a network glitch or the website was down at the time I was doing it. I have just received a text message today that the transfer is complete. Thanks to this community support team!
