Hello when i try to prt my lycra number to ee i will put my ee number in and then they will text me the code i will enter it then i takes me to a page where i enter my old number i want to use and it then says my ee number dosent exist i need help or i will jpt be buying this again i will have a refund

Hi @Skullbreaker,
Is your EE SIM working with a temporary number?
If it is, you should be able to enter your PAC code online to start the number transfer.

I dont exactly know i jus pit the sim in and it gave me a new number that i didnt want and the portong issue is still going on can i msg u for the help or someone i dont have credit

How long ago did you receive the EE SIM?
Did you provide the PAC when you ordered the SIM?

No i asked and it said that if i want to port i have to fill the form in and it wont work

Could you try using the form on another device or browser please, @Skullbreaker?
If it still doesn't work, you'll need to either pop into an EE Store, or give us a call on 150.

I have tried on a differant browser wen i get ahold of another device i will try but i dpnt want to buy another thos has gone on to long if u can fill in the form i will give my derails if u cant help then i will be getting a refund and will never buy anpther ee sim
