Hello when i try to prt my lycra number to ee i will put my ee number in and then they will text me the code i will enter it then i takes me to a page where i enter my old number i want to use and it then says my ee number dosent exist i need help or i will jpt be buying this again i will have a refund

Hi i tried lots of things and lots of messages but got no result i wont be using ee this is the only splution to my problem my phone number is xxxxxxxxxxxx in trying to port back to my old number
